Today i spent the lesson finishing of the research into music magazine industry and I started to generate ideas for a title of my magazine.

I have now uploaded my contents page and front cover for my student magazine. I then spent the rest of the session starting the proposal for my music magazine researching the music magazine industry.

This presentation shows the conventions of music magazine front covers, these magazines are NME and BLENDER.

Student Magazine Front Cover and Contents Page

This is the front cover and contents page for my student magazine. I created these using adobe in-design. I used my own photos and text. I think that the use of space on the front cover works really well as the text almost moulds around the photo and fits really well. Also the fact that the colour of the text matches the colour of the clothes being shown in the image. If I were to recreate this piece of work, I would try and make the text clearer and easy to read.

2nd Blog Entry

I spent todays session uploading most of my previously created work onto blogger. I still have to add my front cover and contents page.
